About Asa Madrid - Purpose of this Association.
The purposes for which the association was formed are charitable, educational, scientific and specifically as fellows: to unify Anambra citizens everywhere by encouraging them educationally. To promote progress and culture in Spain and help in the development of Anambra state. To promote, protect and advance our Anambra culture and civilisation. To promote and cultivate political awareness and civic responsibility among members. To promote the advancement and welfare of our state.
To promote harmony and peaceful
co-existence with our state association in Spain. To receive, invest and disburse funds and hold property for the purpose of the association. To conduct other activities not in the contravention of the Spanish law.
To help encourage our people
on how to faithfully and properly integrate into Spanish system and culture. To help in discouraging people from engaging in any form of criminality in whatever way.
AIMS AND OBJECTIVES:
To unify all Anambra citizens in Madrid Spain
promote our culture and integration into Spanish lifestyle. We will continue to strive towards accomplishing our goals and objectives.

To help in discouraging people from engaging in any form of criminality whatsoever. Our main goal is to provide help and relief to our people in poverty, the oppressed, the less privileged and the neglected in Madrid Spain, and to give them love and a sense of belonging. We are out to advance the education of our people and other statutory and voluntary Organization in oder to assist the inclusion of the minorities into the wider community. Providing brotherly support to Anambra people in Madrid who are in condition of need, hardship or distress by given them immediate relief as well as directions and advise where to get Government help in terms of legalizing its stay in Madrid.
Our Mission and Activities
1. ASA Madrid Repatriation Insurance: Our Members are insured to Repatriation Insurance Policy should incase of a demised member, as well as benefits on Free travel ticket back home incase of a demise of parents. 2. NGOs Out Reach: ASA Madrid has set up an ASA Charity Foundation as an instrument to help in seeking out for funding opportunities and grants to support the less privileged.
3. Asa Madrid End of the Year Prayer Summit Cum Party is where we meet with other associations in Madrid pray, discuss, merry and donate for its NGO projects of the year.
4. Engaging the Youths discussion dissuading the youths against crime and plan visitation and handouts to our people incarcerated in Spain Prisons.
5. Anambra Cultural Heritage (Akunaechenyi Dance ) Anambra Cultural activities is perform every year , to showcase the Anambra Cultural heritage of Nigeria Africa.
